One began to eat only to silence their screams.

But even still throughout the silent night you still hear the muffled screams.

Sadness & despair fill the air.

Torture & torment run ramped through the mind;

Wreaking havoc where ever the thoughts dwell & travel through.

No peace of mind, no satisfaction, no help, no relief, no change… no change…, neither good nor bad, just no change, none at all of any kind.

Sobs of tears pour out these tired eyes, not knowing if or when they may ever hault.

The mind runs insanely through all of the unfortunate events of a life that should never have been.

What can be done; what can be said??

All but nothing, we still only dread.

Moving forward, what is there to see?

A smiling baby’s face, what a delight that would be..

Too bad it could never be.

Screams of that day can only but replay.

Tears will always fill the river of pain for no peace may come of this.

Nightmares are the only friends that will remain so near;

Alas ,they are only foe that keep us down & behind this life that we can never lead.
